DO YOU SELL CLEAR CASES?

No, we do not sell clear cases. None of our products come with a clear case included!

Why? Well, because you might already have one AND there are plenty of brands that sell clear cases. We're not a phone case brand, we just sell case inserts. Hence, the name "Case Insert".

WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

We usually restock new and returning designs every Friday at 11 am GMT!

WHY IS EVERYTHING SOLD OUT?

We usually restock on Fridays at 11 am GMT, and, because of your incredible support, everything sells out within MINUTES (which is completely insane).

Please know that we are expanding and making larger batches of stock to keep up with demand. Right now we’re a small team with very limited space. Thank you so much for your patience & support! <3

WHY DON'T YOU RESTOCK EVERY DESIGN?

We don't restock every single design every week because we create new designs weekly. We only bring back certain ones that are in high demand. Many of our designs are also seasonal!

Please remember: we're a small business & have limited space/staff.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER!

If you have issues with your order, email order.caseinsert@outlook.com and send a picture or video within 10 days from when it was delivered.

After 10 days, Case Insert can't help with replacements or refunds.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If it hasn't been updated for a while, let us know!

Domestic UK Orders: 1-2 working days processing time + 2-3 days transit = 3-5 days to reach you

EU Orders: CLOSED

International Orders: CLOSED

We have no control over the shipping process once the package leaves our warehouse. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to further locate your package.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship out orders Monday-Friday from our warehouse in London. We do not ship over weekends. Our current processing time is 1-2 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not yet! Watch this space though, we should be open to international orders in a few weeks.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

If your order hasn't shipped, email us right away at order.caseinsert@outlook.com with the correct address. If it's already shipped, you can still reach out to the shipping carrier to redirect it.

Priddier is not responsible for the additional shipping costs that may occur.  

MY PACKAGE GOT SENT BACK TO YOUR WAREHOUSE.

Your package was most likely sent back due to an address issue. Incorrect addresses are the most common reason packages are returned. Once we receive the package, you will be refunded for the order. However, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can ask for a return for unused items (not including custom designs) in the original unopened packaging within 10 days of delivery. We don't give refunds for packages that have been opened.

Please email order.caseinsert@outlook.com to request a return. We do not offer prepaid return labels. 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM.

Please email order.caseinsert@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the incorrect product.

If we still have the original product available, we'll send out a replacement free of charge.

If we don't have the original product available, we'll issue a refund for the incorrect product or offer a substitute.
